Talk Is Jericho Highlight: Al Snow x The Head Gimmick

Al Snow is the co-owner and booker of OVW (Ohio Valley Wrestling) in Louisville, Kentucky, and also one of the featured stars in the new Netflix docu-series “Wrestlers.” Al tells the story of how he (and Matt Jones and Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg) came to buy OVW from Danny Davis in 2018, and proceeded to build the roster and fanbase until COVID halted their plans in 2020. He explains the inspiration behind the docu-series, how and when Netflix got involved, and what it’s done to reinvigorate OVW’s popularity as a premiere training location for the pro wrestling business. Al also talks about his own time in WWE, including the Kennel From Hell, tagging with Mick Foley, the Head gimmick, what it was like working with The Rock and The Undertaker, what he learned specifically from Paul Heyman, and how he feels about his then-relationship with Vince McMahon.
