Tasty baked oats recipe in 1 minute! Low calorie dessert for breakfast!. A very easy and healthy oats dessert. Mix everything and you will be satisfied with the result! A recipe suitable for everyone, including vegans!

Ingredients for 2 servings( 2 pcs ramekin 9 x 5 cm):

90 g gluten free oats / 1 cup
35 g almond flour / 6 tablespoons
5 g baking powder (1 tsp)
35 ml maple syrup / 2.4 tablespoons
45 g almond butter (or cashew butter) / 3 tbsp.
210 ml plant milk / 0.9 cup
1 teaspoon carob powder

chocolate chips (optional)
bake 20-25 minutes at 180°C / 360°F
