This easy overnight oats recipe is a healthy simple breakfast that you can make ahead for busy mornings and customize with many add-ins and toppings! This recipe will teach you how to make a basic overnight oats recipe for beginners. This overnight oats recipe is a great healthy breakfast that you can prepare in advance and it can last all week. So it makes it a great meal prep idea for Sunday night to prepare for the work week.
Best of all, you reap all the healthy benefits of oats in a fun grab-and-go breakfast:

- They’re a rich source of fiber, which helps you feel fuller longer
- They are a nutrient dense food, which makes your feel more satiated.
Ingredients:
1. Blueberry overnight oats:
45 g rolled oats / 1/2 cup
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
45 g fresh blueberries / 1/4 cup
70 g Greek yogurt or vegan yogurt / 2 1/2 tablespoons.
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
120 ml plant milk / 1/2 cup
for decoration: blueberries and almond flakes
cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours
2. Banana overnight oats:
45 g rolled oats / 0.5 US cup
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon carob powder / or cocoa
70 g Greek yogurt or vegan yogurt / 2 1/2 tablespoons.
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
120 ml plant milk / 0.5 cup
for decoration: banana slices and grated chocolate or cinnamon
cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours
