35 g raw cashews / 1/4 cup
25 g rolled oats / 1/4 cup
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 medjool date (20g)
250 ml plant milk / 1 cup
1 medium banana
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
125 ml plant milk / 1/2 cup
sesame seeds (optional)
