In this homemade oat bread recipe, you don't need any flour, just old-fashioned rolled oats.
This oats bread recipe is gluten-free (when buying choose gluten-free oat flakes).
Ingredients:
300 g rolled oats / 3.34 ( ~ 3 1/4) cups
160 ml hot water / 0.67 or 2/3 cup
1 tsp salt
10 g baking powder / ~ 2 teaspoons.
210 g yogurt / 3/4 cup
2 eggs
50 g seed mix / 6 tablespoons.
1 tablespoon olive oil
add seeds for decoration
23 x 9 cm baking pan / 9 x 3.5 in
bake 45-50 minutes at 175°C /350°F
