Delicious baked banana oats recipe in 1 minute! Low calorie dessert for breakfast! A very easy and healthy oats dessert. Mix everything and you will be satisfied with the result! Healthy oats dessert in 1 minute!

Ingredients for 2 servings( 2 pcs ramekin 9 x 5 cm):

1 small banana (90 g without peel)
25 ml plant milk / 2 tbsp
1 medium egg
10 g date syrup / 1.2 tbsp
5 g cocoa / 2 teaspoons
30 g rolled oats / ~ 1/4 cup ( 5 1/4) tablespoons)
3 g baking powder / 0.68 tsp
chopped almonds / nuts
few pieces of dark chocolate (optional)
bake for 20 minutes at 180°C / 360°F
