Chocolate muffins with oat flour are the ideal choice for breakfast or a snack, and they are also very loved by children, it only takes a few minutes and they are very easy to prepare.
A simple and delicious recipe with yogurt and chocolate that you can't resist!

Ingredients for 6 muffins:

90 g rolled oats / 1 cup.
60 g yogurt / 3.4 ( ~ 3 1/2) US tablespoons.
10 g carob powder / or cocoa / 1.28 ( ~ 1 1/4) tablespoon
2 eggs
6 g baking powder / 1 1/4 teaspoons
pinch of salt
80 ml maple syrup / 5.41 tbsp (tablespoon)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
40 g chocolate chips / 4 1/2 tablespoons.

bake for 20-25 min at 180°C / 356°F
