Ingredients:

1. Chocolate overnight oats:

40 g rolled oats / 1/2 US cup
200 ml plant milk / 0.85 cup
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp carob powder
1 tbsp protein powder
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight
decorate with banana slices
chocolate chips (optional)

2. Strawberry overnight oats:

45 g rolled oats / 1/2 cup
1 tbsp chia seeds
70 g Greek yogurt / 4 tablespoons
50 g sliced strawberries / ~ 1/2 cup
1 tbsp maple syrup
120 ml plant milk / 1/2 cup
refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight
decorate with pieces of strawberries
honey (optional)
