If you like sweet pastries, but do not want to affect your figure, then this recipe is for you! Prepare this diet cupcakes recipe with oats, and eat without feeling guilty! Without flour, without sugar, without butter!
Paired with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or tea, this dessert is a great way to start the day!

Ingredients:

80 g rolled oats / 1/2 cup.
180 g cottage cheese / 3/4 cup.
1 banana (100 g without peel)
1 or 2 canned peaches
1 egg
1 teaspoon lemon juice
30 g dried cranberries / 3 3/4 tablespoons.
5 g baking powder
pinch of salt

bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
I recommend using silicone molds, to avoid sticking
