So delicious that I would like to make them every day! Healthy carrot Muffins with NO added sugar! NO flour!
These easy healthy carrot muffins are made with oats, carrot, yogurt and honey to give you a healthy start to your day and are the best guilt-free snacks. Light and healthy dessert for breakfast in 5 minutes! The recipe is simple and quick, but very tasty. Easy dessert recipe in 5 minutes. A dessert loved by both adults and children. All I can say is that it was over very quickly, and I will definitely do it again soon. Great taste from simple ingredients:

Ingredients for about 6-7 muffins:

125 g rolled oats / 1 1/2 cup
120 ml milk / plant milk / ½ cup
1 egg
salt
40 ml maple syrup / 2.71 tbsp
4 g baking powder / 3/4 teaspoon.
1 tbsp carob powder / or cocoa
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 medium grated carrot
20 g chopped walnuts / 1/4 cup.
bake 25 minutes at 180°C / 360°F

2-3 tbsp yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
grated carrot for decoration
