Light and healthy dessert for breakfast in 5 minutes! The recipe is simple and quick, but very tasty. Easy dessert recipe in 5 minutes. A dessert loved by both adults and children. All I can say is that it was over very quickly, and I will definitely do it again soon. Great taste from simple ingredients!

Ingredients:

300 g rolled oats / 3 1/4 US cups.
10 g baking powder / 2 teaspoons
40 g chia seeds / 4 tablespoons
1 tbsp carob powder / or cococa
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
70 ml maple syrup / 4.7 tbsp.
380 ml almond milk / 1.6 cups
3 medium chopped carrots (170 g)
50 g chopped walnuts / 1/4 cup.

baking dish 26 x 9 cm / 10 x 3.5 inches
bake 40-45 minutes at 180°C /360°F

For cream:
100 g greek yogurt / 1/4 cup.
2 tbsp honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
