Tricep pushdowns are an ABSOLUTE STAPLE 💸 and a lot of people like using the rope attachment but grip strength & sweaty hands (like mine) can limit how we execute the movement. Try using a D Handle BUT INSTEAD OF GRABBING IT…make a fist & focus on pushing the weight through the pinky side of your hand. This will reduce the amount of forearm engagement, allowing you to just focus on the triceps👌🏻 ”Feeling” the muscle isn’t super important but if you’re looking to develop the mind-muscle connection in your triceps, this one change helped quite a bit!
