Romans 11 So many think if you believe in Jesus, Messiah and call on His Name, you are saved; wrong!

Calling on the name of Jesus, or whatever you call our Messiah, doesn’t mean anything if you don't live righteous. You have to live as He commands, all of His Commandments, Statutes and Ordinances.

Only the heavenly Father can give you a heart of flesh, eyes to see and ears to hear. It is His choosing not ours.

Rom 11:4-7
But what is the divine response to him? “I HAVE KEPT for Myself SEVEN THOUSAND MEN WHO HAVE NOT BOWED THE KNEE TO BAAL.” 5In the same way then, there has also come to be at the present time a remnant according to God’s gracious choice. 6But if it is by grace, it is no longer on the basis of works, otherwise grace is no longer grace. 7What then? That which Israel is seeking for, it has not obtained, but those who were chosen obtained it, and the rest were hardened;

Paul tells us how we were grafted into the Olive Tree of Israel, those who are of the natural blood of Israel who do not believe in Messiah, have been cast off. He reminds us not to boast about this, but to be humble about it. We could very well be broken off and they could be grafted back in in our place. With that in mind, he tells us our duty.
