Protesters wearing black T-shirts that read ‘Cease fire now’ and ‘Not in our name’ chanted slogans and placed signs inside Grand Central Station in New York as the Israeli army said its ground forces were ‘expanding their activity’ in Gaza. The transit authority had to temporary close the station due to the protest.
