There's a revolution happening at Philadelphia's La Colombe Coffee Roasters where the CEO Todd Carmichael is figuring out how to make high quality coffee available to the masses. Not via coffee shops, even though they have amazing ones, they have figured out how to put the texture and flavor of a freshly-made latte into a can! This is HUGE, because perfecting the experience of Coca-Cola or any beer into a can is why those products are known worldwide.
