Esther McVey is a British politician and television presenter. She is one of a handful of MPs who attended the UK's recent debate on excess deaths. The chamber was almost empty. However, upstairs and behind bullet proof glass, the viewing gallery was full. The public could be heard cheering at times.

Is the UK still a democracy when politicians do not feel obliged to attend debates on policy affecting their constituents so significantly?

A recent article at Panda about a UK political debate regarding the World Health Organization international legal frameworks shows that those who support globalisation use the following tactics:
- Using derogatory language or false claims to discredit speakers and their arguments
- Making inaccurate and unsubstantiated statements
- Using globalist slogans
- Patronising the petitioners
- Using the debate as an opportunity for party-political point-scoring
- Downplaying or normalising threats to sovereignty
- Promoting internationalism over sovereignty.

On the other side of the debate, well reasoned argument shows a clear understanding of the history of the WHO, its many failures during COVID-19, and its current problematic relationships with non-state funders (eg Gates Foundation).

Esther McVey touches on the issue of distorting language and using derogatory phrases to close down debate. This seems to be a well tried method by the globalists who claim to be caring about our safety whilst causing mass harm.
