We had an amazing time fishing the Spring River just south of Mammoth Springs Arkansas. If you ever plan a trip this way, we highly recommend Riverside Resort. It is family owned and run by husband and wife Sonny & Susan. They have several large cabins with a bathroom & kitchen as well as a bunch of smaller cabins with no running water if you are on more of a budget. We did all of the fishing in this video just walking distance from our cabin at this resort! https://vacationatriverside.com (870)625-7501 They are open year round! This river is packed full of rainbow trout and is stocked regularly. You can also find wild brown trout and Brook trout as well and we even caught a couple of sunfish.
