Another Unsafe Chinese / PLAAF Intercept

The video was taken by a B-52 bomber, which was intercepted by a Chinese PLAAF J-11 fighter over the South China Sea. The pilot performed an unsafe intercept closing within 500 feet of the B-52.
This could indicate that China is not training their pilots properly .
