The driver who faces charges for the murder of four sorority sisters from Pepperdine University, who tragically lost their lives in a collision at speeds exceeding 100 mph, asserts that he was pursued due to a prior road rage altercation, as stated by his attorney.

Fraser Bohm’s lawyer, Michael Kraut, asserts that there is video evidence substantiating that the 22-year-old driver was engaged in a confrontation at Duke’s Malibu, a well-known bar located approximately 3 miles away from the fatal accident on the Pacific Coast Highway.

Kraut argues that this evidence should be sufficient to justify the dismissal of the four murder charges against Bohm, as it demonstrates that he was attempting to evade imminent danger when the collision occurred, resulting in the tragic loss of Peyton Stewart, Niamh Rolston, Asha Weird, and Deslyn Williams, the New York Post reported.
