Speaker Mike Johnson's HISTORIC speech, Rep. Elise Stefanik's EPIC intro - 10/25/2023

(Wednesday, October 25, 2023) History was made when the United States House of Representatives elected Rep. #MikeJohnson, a conservative Republican from Louisiana, who was unanimously with ALL Republican votes and NO Democrat votes to be Speaker on the House. This was after the former Speaker #Kevin McCarthy had broken a promise he made to his GOP members for their votes to be elected as Speaker in the previous January of 2023, so he was removed per a rule change (that for Democrat Speaker Nancy Nancy had previously changed) and initiated by Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Florida) and 7 other fellow GOP members.

The process took 23 days, about half the time Rep. Kevin McCarthy had off for his summer vacation before even having a budget prepared to avoid a government shut-down.

NOTE: Speaker Mike Johnson is pro-#DonaldTrump (and nicknamed MAGA Mike), while Kevin McCarthy was known as a great fundraising pro-lobbyist RINO who was anti-Trump. So MAGA won and the Uni-Party lost, so of course the Marxist-leaning Democrats weren't happy either.

And as was expected, soon after the media attacks began against Johnson, calling his an "extremist" when in trust, it's the Marxist anti-Semitic and pro-Transgender Democrats who are the REAL extremists.

FYI: During Rep. #EliseStefanik's (R-New York) EPIC into for Rep. Mike Johnson, notice when the Republicans stood and clapped when she mentioned "In God we trust" while the Democrats just sat in their seats like Satan worshipers.
