FROM THE ARCHIVES: Scott Weiland (2015) interview with Darren Paltrowitz

Scott Weiland was the iconic frontman of Stone Temple Pilots, Velvet Revolver, The Wondergirls and The Magnificent Bastards, beyond being a solo artist in his own right. On October 20, 2015, about 6 weeks before his untimely and tragic passing in December 2015, I spoke with him by phone about his 2014 album "Blaster," then-future career plans, career goals and more.
Posted out of respect for one of my favorite singers of all time, this one was not easy to listen back to. But albums like "12 Bar Blues," "Tiny Music... Songs From The Vatican Gift Shop" and "No. 4" should not be forgotten any time soon.
Thanks to Tom Vitorino Management for making this interview happen, and to Steve Schiltz for the original theme song.
