Clinton Indiana Is About As Bad As They Come, and this Video ( As Much Misconduct, Abuse Of Power, And Blatant disregard for the law as it shows) Is just the tip of the iceberg.

Unfortunately the city has been noncompliant with the Law (I.C. 5-14-3) and failed to provide me with literally 1 single record in response to my 5 records requests to them this Year.
This Behavior On The part of the city further raises questions about what the city is hiding.

They Have instead Responded By Persecuting me.
Charging me With Charges I Never Committed.
In A Blatant Attempt To Stop Me From Finding Out What is happening in this City Government.
