Gunman still on the run in America following mass shooting in Maine | ABC News

Police have yet to confirm the number of fatalities in a mass shooting in the US state of Maine.

There are reports that between 16 and 22 people have been killed, and dozens injured.

Authorities are searching for the person responsible.

Lewiston Public Safety Commissioner Michael Sauschuck said police were searching for 40-year-old Robert Card, who is a "person of interest" in the investigation.
