In this high-intensity kettlebell workout video, we've put together a challenging routine that's sure to get your heart racing and your muscles working.
Our overall protocol for this workout consists of 6 exercises, each performed for 1 minute, all unbroken, and on a single side.
You'll switch sides in the following round, giving you a well-rounded and balanced workout.
We've included a 1-minute rest after completing all 6 exercises, and you'll repeat this circuit for a total of 4 rounds.
Here are the exercises you'll be tackling in this kettlebell workout:
1. Sit Up (no weights): Strengthen your core and engage those abdominal muscles.
2. Floor Press: A great upper body exercise to target your chest and triceps.
3. Get Up: This full-body movement will challenge your coordination and stability.
4. Clean: Work on your explosiveness and power with this kettlebell movement.
5. Rack Squat: Strengthen your legs and improve your squatting form.
6. Windmill: Enhance your flexibility and engage your core and shoulders.
We've also incorporated various kettlebell weights for different fitness levels. Gregory will be using 24 KG, 28 KG, and 64 KG for swings, while Angie will be using 14 KG and 16 KG.
