Grandma's recipe amazed everyone! Easy and delicious sour cherries cake in 10 minutes!

Sour cherries are very popular in Romania, we make lots of desserts with them. This light cake is easy to make as you only need to combine a few ingredients, add the cherries on top and bake. Hope you will enjoy it as much as I do!

Ingredients:

4 eggs
pinch of salt
100 g erythritol sweetener / sugar
4 egg yolks
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
125 g flour
25 ml vegetable oil
300 g pitted sour cherries

26 x 16 cm baking pan
bake for 25 min at 180°C/ 360°F
powdered sugar (optional)
