Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas (200 g without peel)
100 g oat flakes(gluten free)
2 tablespoons carob powder/cocoa
1 tablespoon green sugar(optional)
bake for 15 minutes at 180°C/360°F

60 g dark chocolate ((use chocolate with no added sugar if you can)
1 tsp coconut oil/ or sunflower oil
chopped walnuts
add your favorite fruits
