Today I'm going to show you how to make healthy waffles with oats.
These healthy waffles make a delicious breakfast that will keep you full for a long time.
These waffles are packed with fiber and slow-releasing carbs from the oats, and also some protein and healthy fat.

Ingredients for about 8 pcs:

200 g oat flakes(gluten free) / 2 1/4 cups.
pinch of salt
1 banana
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
30 ml maple syrup / honey (1 1/2 tablespoons)
6 g baking powder / 1 1/4 teaspoons.
1 tablespoon coconut oil
180 ml milk/ plant milk (3/4 cup)

for decoration: add maple syrup/ honey and Greek yogurt/ fruits
