Ok guys, here are my recommended best alternate exercises that I think you should absolutely be integrating into your fitness routines while training up for the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT). While nothing can replace the benefit of practicing the actual, graded exercises frequently, these will help you become even better at all of the graded events and will help to alleviate some of the boredom of training the same exercises over and over.
