Today we're harvesting our Spring radishes and they are MASSIVE! We let them go about 2 weeks longer then we should have, but they sure make for fantastic fermentation veggies! The 3 varieties you'll see here are all from Baker Creek. They are Purple Plum, Saxa 2 and Pink Beauty.
