Trail fix for broken CV Axle

In all seriousness, this fix comes in clutch making sure you can drive your rig home in 2wd after a break

This can change for some vehicles, but for most you need both ends of the cv axle installed in order to drive the vehicle safely…In this example the cv failed at the CV going into the Differential. This method has us cutting out the center shaft from the wheel side CV…this part of the NEEDS to remain in the vehicle to hold your bearings in place otherwise the bearing will fail and your wheel can (will) fall off…this piece can be taken apart without cutting but it usually takes alot of force to break the c clip inside the CV so a grinder makes this job much easier

If your CV breaks on the wheel side this gets much easier because the cv on the diff side will slide out after you cut the boot
