2 tbsp White wine vinegar
1 1/2 oz Fresh parsley (flat leaf; approximately 3/4 cup)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 tsp Dried oregano
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper (start with 1/4 tsp and adjust to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop the parsley finely.
Combine all ingredients in a glass jar. Shake until emulsified.
Adjust sea salt and red pepper to taste, if needed.
