India's Most Luxurious City / Best Hotel, Fine Dinning & Shopping

Mumbai is the financial capital of India and with that comes MONEY, a lot of MONEY! From fancy hotels, fine dinning and luxury shopping, Bombai truly has it all if you are looking at splurging a little or a lot.

The most sought after thing to do in Mumbai is most likely High Tea at The Taj Mahal Palace hotel, located just beside the famous Gateway of India. The Sea Lounge is a beautiful restaurant with great service and the High Tea buffet was overall good. If you like these kinds of experiences with nice little bite foods, champagne and fine dinning service you will most likely appreciate High tea. That being said, for us, we found it nice but overpriced for what it is.

For our last couple of days in India, we stayed at The Grand Hyatt Hotel and Residences and this was probably one of the best hotel we have ever stay at. Large rooms, beautiful hotel, many dinning options and so much more at a very reasonable price. ($187usd per night)

We also had to do a quick stop at the Palladium Mall, of of the best in the country. If you like shopping, you will for sure LOVE that mall.

Finally, for our last meal in India, we decided to go have lunch at The Table restaurant, one of the most hyped place in Mumbai at the moment. In a few words, we loved everything we ate! Great wine selection, food items from all around the world and ingredients freshly sources from India for a delicious farm to table concept. We highly recommend that restaurant.

After 8 days in one of the most fascinating country in the world, it is time to leave. (I only had a week vacation left from work sadly... But we will be back) This trip was an amazing experience filled with culture, history, great people and TONS OF FOOD. Next time we will be leaving the cities to explore other aspect of India.
