I'm usually racing #bmx bikes and spent the weekend out at the VA State Finals races. Today I'm jumping into the gym to do a recovery workout while focusing on some standard strength movements. Hang with me from start to finish and then go get yourself in the gym. While I trimmed some of the dead space out, this is still a raw workout video so keep that in mind before leaving some ridiculous comment.
