SO I MENTIONED some time ago, a few weeks, now the lawsuit of the hemp industry against Marylands Insane Money hungry conglomeration of cannabis "elite" who have stampeded over Marylands Entrepreneurs. There is no room in this market for competition, intentionally designed as such by delegates, one proven who accepted bribes during the Liscencing of the medicinal market to keep competition from the market.
These money hungry fools don't even want the Delta 8 and delta 10 being derived from CBD. This is the issue that hasn't hit the federal level yet. The FDA needs to reclassify the wording of HEMP l, which they did with the 2014 Hemp act to include high CBD in the definition of hemp in order to produce Epidiolex. As prior to that bill Hemp was defined as LOW THC CANNABIS.
All that said, the Hemp Market has been in Maryland and established before the cannabis medicinal, what is now a dual market or the upcoming "social equity Entrepreneurial market". I can't even call it the entrepreneurial market because people are being restricted from applying based on where they live. Their Zip Code.
Why?
Because that's the definition paid for by the cannabis elite to have inserted into Maryland legislation.
But luckily the hemp industry has some money in their pockets too for the elite like owner of Culta Mackie Barch. See my locals post about him for his words whilst the delegate was being convicted. He wasn't the wisest.
So the hemp industry has Maintained their place in Maryland and do not have to apply for a SEPERATE liscence under the conglomerations thumb. I cal it the conglomeration as one can take a single.look at Maryland and prices and revenue l, all the rest and see what's what.
This will not rid us if a black market, every individual wising to participate will feel the right to do so, with near $100,000,000 in monthly revenue. The black market will change, surely, to better weed because it can be grown now. Now it can not be sold or processed without a liscence, hence black market.

If they really want to legalize, legalize it, make the money and stop complicating everything.
