Crystal tries the Katalyst suit for her second time.. Her soreness lasted over a week, and was mainly noticeable in her glutes and arms. This is a point that is important... Katalyst works on muscle imbalance as a great side effect. If her triceps are weaker than her biceps, then her triceps get worked out harder.
