Police in Maine are looking for Robert Card who deals with mental health problems to the point that he hears voices, he has a Military history, and he is a firearm instructor so he most likely has "legal" guns

The biggest problem is he threatened to shoot at a National Guard facility earlier in the year and yet this still happened ? Why didn't anyone help/stop him when that happened ? There wouldn't have been a shooting

The problems that I see are the same ones I always see, Our Veterans and/or Citizens are not getting the Mental Health help they need and "they" always blame the gun instead trying to create a Country where only the government "workers" have the guns to control the Citizens
