Reason is I explain basic hypertrophy science in episode 1, while this and subsequent videos are only High SFR movements!
I forgot to mention, 12 to 15 reps for biceps and Triceps is what works best. Although anything in the 10 to 20 rep range is fine. for example dips I woukd do 10 to 15 or DB curls. but for cable stuff I might go as high as 20 reps before increasing the load. This is because 5lbs is a huge jump for most unilateral cable movements.
Make sure to reach the top of the rep range before advancing load 2 to 5 %.
Slow eccentric, hold tbe stretch for 2 seconds when training in the lengthend position and in the shortened postion hold for 2 seconds.
