Richard Duval of Torrance, CA recorded this segment of South Bay history after recording the aftermath of the Los Angeles riots in 1992.

Here's his full description:

"A video stroll down Hawthorne Blvd from 1992. Ed Debevic’s had recently closed as evidenced from their empty sign. I forgot there was a Seafood Broiler by PCH where Victoria Station used to be. I miss Vince’s and Big Boy.

"A mostly awful selection of movies were playing at the Del Amo United Artists Cinema - CRISS CROSS, SPLIT SECOND, WHITE MEN CAN’T JUMP, DEEP COVER, FOLKS, & AMERICAN ME with ALIEN 3 coming soon.

I shot this video from a convertible after returning from videotaping LA riot damage."
