Caldwell to Introduce Paid Parking in Downtown Area

Caldwell, Idaho is introducing paid parking in its downtown area, starting at the end of 2023.The city says the move is necessary to address the problem of cars overstaying in parking spots, which limits the turnover of vehicles and the number of customers that can visit downtown businesses.
