Customer Service – All Stores Gardner-White is Looking to Bring on Customer Service Team Members Who... • Are a good listener and communicator with solid customer service experience • Has a very polished phone presence – we are not looking for someone who pushes the customer off the phone. We want someone who listens, cares and wants to help make sure the customer’s experience is the best it can be • Adaptable to any situation • Knows how to positively diffuse a negative situation and work on resolving the problem so the customer feels we listened and took great care of them • Possesses a winning attitude and dedication to ensuring the highest marks in customer satisfaction are achieved with every call or customer contact • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment • Willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays Qualifications: • Computer Literate Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Exceptional Phone Etiquette • Experience with a Multi-Line Phone System • Positive background working in a customer service position • Work weekends and holidays included • Successful background in working within a team and mentoring other team members –to increase you and your team members success • Exceptional listening and problem resolution skills • Follow up on customer issues to verify they were resolved to the customer’s satisfaction CLICK HERE to learn more!
