According to the mobilised man, his brothers-in-arms were disabled and elderly. Despite being promised that they would remain in the guard company, they were deceived and instead deployed to the front line:

- Stay away from Ukrainian army. They treat us as scum, as cannon fodder. Nobody needs you there. Run, hide, if you must, but stay away from Ukrainian army. Do everything you can.
