K9 Hurricane | Unleashed S1E2

Meet K9 Hurricane and his partner Marshall Mirarchi. Hurricane is a retired Secret Service canine who spent his career protecting the White House and is quite possibly the most decorated working dog you'll ever have the opportunity to meet.

In 2014 K9 Hurricane protected the White House from a fence jumper and found himself in an all-out battle. Despite being outsized and outweighed, Hurricane drove the fence jumper back to the fence allowing Secret Service agents to apprehend and arrest the subject. Hurricane took a beating, but was ultimately successful. He has earned the Secret Service Order of Merit,
Homeland Security Medal of Valor, and the PDSA Order of Merit from British Parliament - the equivalent in the K9 world of being knighted.
