10/26/23 card: real you

I sat with this for a few minutes and asked the question “what’s it like to be me when I’m not judging myself?” The first word that popped into my head was EXHAUSTED, but the more I thought about it I started to realize it’s actually FREEDOM. When I’m not judging myself, I am living in the moment, having fun, being creative. I will be thinking about this all day and will journal about it tonight.
