Here’s where salt deficiency becomes a big problem…
From daily exercise and regular sauna use, I created a big electrolyte deficiency in my body. It caused all these symptoms and more.
In order to get more salt, start sprinkling some pink salt on your food and this will cover the deficiency you once had.
It’s important to realize that if you lack sodium, your probably lacking other minerals like potassium.
These minerals are referred to as electrolytes. To stay boosted up with healthy amounts of electrolytes and stay well hydrated, I drink electrolytes daily.
If your trying to increase your electrolytes I highly discourage using garbage like Gatorade. Lots of bad ingredients, and the electrolyte content is so bad.
The other warning I’d give around electrolytes is not to overdue it. Almost all the same symptoms of not enough electrolytes, are the same symptoms of too much electrolytes.
Many products on the market super dose and it’s very problematic for the average person.
