3. Break down large tasks into smaller steps. This will make them seem less daunting and more manageable.
4. Eliminate distractions. This means turning off your phone, closing your email, and finding a quiet place to work.
5. Allocate time for each task. This will help you to stay on track and avoid procrastination.
6. Stay accountable. Tell someone else what you're working on and ask them to check in on you.
7. Reward yourself for your progress. This will help you to stay motivated and on track.
