Welcome to Law and Legitimacy! Norm Pattis and Michael Boyer livestream their discussion of Judge Sarah Wallace's denial of Colorado Secretary of State, Jena Griswold, and President Donald J. Trump's motion to dismiss the petition before it. That petition, of course, is one which challenges Trump's eligibility to have his name lawfully placed on presidential election ballots in the forthcoming 2024 presidential election pursuant to application of Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution.
