Cyclist hit, killed by vehicle on Indy’s NW side identified

A bicyclist was killed after they were struck by a vehicle on Indy’s northwest side Tuesday evening. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said the incident happened near 51st Street and Kessler Blvd.
