Ingredients:
45 g rolled oats / 1/2 cup
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
45 g fresh blueberries / 1/4 cup
70 g Greek yogurt or vegan yogurt / 2 1/2 tablespoons.
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
120 ml plant milk / 1/2 cup
for decoration: blueberries and almond flakes
✅cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours
