add 60 ml water over 30 g rolled oats and let it soak for 5 minutes

1 medium banana(fresh or frozen)
2 dates (without seeds)
20 g nuts / 2 3/4 tbsp
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon carob powder / or cocoa
✅add another 60 ml water
