Great taste from simple ingredients! Light dessert for breakfast in 5 minutes! The recipe is simple and quick, but very tasty. Easy dessert recipe in 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

50 g oat flakes(gluten free)/1/2 cup
150 g flour(1 1/4 cup)
pinch of salt
5 g baking powder(1 teaspoon)
3 g baking soda(3/4 teaspoon)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 ripe bananas (240 g without peel)
2 medium eggs
40 g erytritol/stevia sweetener(3 1/4 tbsp)
50 ml plant milk/ 1/5 cup
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 medium carrots (130g/4.58 oz)
35 g chopped walnuts/ 1/4 cup

23 x 10 cm / 9 x 4 inches baking form
bake 40-45 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
